The current clamp cable is 5 meters and can be extended with CT extension cable. This is available on our shop. Also, note that your power diverter can be installed next to the distribution board where an extension is not necessary.

Firstly, check that the current clamp is installed the right way around. Your unit will not run currently if it's back to front. The manual Boost button controls the power diverter. Should you wish to manually 'boost' the hot water heating for a period of time. By pressing the BOOST button, your immersion will run at full power. This may import energy from the grid if you do not have enough generation.

To locate the serial number for registering your unit, check the side of the product enclosure for a silver label. Additionally, the serial number is also printed on the original packaging box and the product warranty slip included with your purchase.
