  • How long is the current clamp (CT) cable?
The current clamp cable is 5 meters and can be extended with CT extension cable. This is available on our shop. Also, note that your power diverter can be installed next to the distribution board where an extension is not necessary.
  • I've just installed my power diverter and it's not running as expected. What could be happening?
Firstly, check that the current clamp is installed the right way around. Your unit will not run currently if it's back to front. You will see a label on the side saying, "This side toward source" or "This side facing grid supply". If your current clamp is installed correctly and the problem persists.
